Another Booking.com headache. They’re advertising “free airport taxi” on my rental, even though I’ve never offered that and it’s not something I provide.
Now I’ve got guests showing up angry, arguing that I’m supposed to arrange and pay for their airport pickup because Booking advertised it. I’m the one left explaining and looking like the bad guy for something I didn’t promise.
This feels incredibly deceptive. Booking slaps marketing perks onto listings and lets hosts deal with the fallout. It’s exhausting and honestly makes me hate using the platform more every time something like this happens.
Anyone else dealing with this “free taxi” nonsense?
