Food options at Dallas Fort Worth Airport late at night

I just arrived at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport around 10:00 pm for a connecting flight and found that all the food outlets were closed, even though the airport information kiosks indicated they would still be open. With a long 5+ hour flight ahead, it was frustrating not being able to get any food. There were also several other passengers and families looking for options, so it seems like a common issue during late-night hours. I’m sharing this as a heads-up for anyone unfamiliar with the airport and traveling at night.
