I’ve stayed at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach before, and while the pools were gorgeous, this new plan takes things to a whole new level literally. They’re talking 11 waterslides, including one that’s going to be 120 feet tall. That’s higher than some apartment buildings I’ve lived in!
From what I’ve seen in the renderings, they’re redesigning the whole pool deck going from ten pools down to five, adding two hot tubs, a kids’ zone, and separate slide areas for adults and children. I love that it’s not just for kid because you’d better believe I’m lining up for that giant slide.
Construction is set to start in early 2026, but the hotel’s staying open, so if I time my trip right, I might be one of the first to try it out. I’ve partied at LIV before next time, I’m trading the dance floor for a 12-story plunge into the pool.
