Flying Blue Silver baggage benefit on Korean Air ICN–MNL: extra bag or extra weight?

I’ve been trying to find a clear answer but couldn’t.

I have Flying Blue Silver status and will be flying Korean Air from ICN to Manila. Since Korean Air is part of SkyTeam, I’m unsure how the baggage benefit works.

Does the Silver benefit give an extra checked bag, or does it only increase the weight allowance instead?

Any clarification would be appreciated.
