Anyone here flown Virgin Atlantic using Flying Blue status? Trying to figure out what actually carries over.

Specifically wondering about seat selection. On KLM, Air France, and Kenya Airways, Flying Blue Gold usually gets you economy comfort seats if available. Does Virgin offer anything similar, or any other useful perks worth knowing about?
