Trying to select a seat for an upcoming trip and the website just will not work. I pick a seat, hit confirm, and nothing happens. Tried the app, different browsers, different devices. Same issue every time.
Chat support told me they cannot modify bookings and are only there to answer questions. No actual help. Asked for a phone number, was told there was none. Found one online anyway.
Called and the agent refused to change the seat too. When I asked for a supervisor she said there are none and what she says goes. She also claimed the bus was fully booked on her end, but I could literally see open seats and even start a brand new booking in those same seats.
Looked into canceling and they would keep about 80 percent as a fee. My $95 ticket would turn into a $17 voucher.
Would not recommend booking with them, at least here in Canada. Support feels basically nonexistent and the buses are not that comfortable either.
