Booked a 4:40pm bus, got there at 4:00. Around 4:48 they send a notice saying it’s 12 minutes late. Everyone keeps waiting. By 5:30 there’s still no bus, so people start calling support.
Support claims the driver came at 4:44 and nobody was there. Meanwhile multiple passengers were literally standing at the stop the whole time.
No refund, no compensation, just “the driver was there.”
That would drive me crazy. If several people were waiting, it’s hard to believe everyone just magically missed it.
I’d escalate through their formal complaint form and dispute the charge with your bank if they keep refusing. Keep screenshots of the delay message and call logs.
