Trying to change my FlixBus ticket to a later date, but running into a weird issue during the rebooking process.
The new ticket is actually cheaper than my original one, but I still have to pay about $20 just to change it. The bigger problem is that when I try to confirm the change, the website keeps giving an error saying “your reservation has expired.”
Tried everything already: different browsers, different devices, clearing cache, and even switching between credit and debit cards.
Support basically said there’s nothing they can do and suggested cancelling the ticket and rebooking. But that would only give about $5 back from the $30 I originally paid, which makes no sense since I just want to change the date.
Has anyone run into this kind of issue with FlixBus before?
