I was traveling in the UK on a FlixBus service when we got into an accident on the motorway. The driver was following quite closely and the vehicle in front suddenly braked, resulting in a rear-end collision with a van ahead of us.
I have a connecting transfer booked in Bristol and I am now worried I will miss it due to the delay caused by the incident.
Does anyone know what happens in cases like this? Will FlixBus or Omio refund the missed connection or help arrange an alternative journey, or is it considered my responsibility to rebook?
Any advice would be appreciated.
