This is my first time using FlixBus.
I arrived at the bus stop at around 9:30 PM after being dropped off in South Carolina, only to find out that the bus had been cancelled. There was no notification beforehand and no alternative option provided at the stop.
I’m now stranded at night with no clear information or assistance.
No explanation at all. This is really frustrating.
