Something I’ve always found confusing when using Flighty.
Sometimes I’ll check the flight details while I’m literally boarding the plane, and the app still says “tail number not assigned.”
But obviously the aircraft is sitting right there at the gate.
Is this just a delay in how the data gets pushed to Flighty, or does the airline actually not finalize the tail number in the system until really late ?
