On UA331 CDG–IAD today. About 20 minutes after takeoff the captain comes on: “We’ve got three broken toilets, so we’re turning back.” Not engines, not hydraulics… toilets. Had to dump fuel over the Atlantic just to return. Never thought my first diversion would be bathroom-related. Crew handled it great though.
