I recently noticed that my itinerary with Qatar Airways was changed without any notification, resulting in what appears to be a -2 hour layover in Doha between segments. When I checked the app, it also showed errors when trying to modify the booking.
I was confused about how a negative layover is even possible and what steps I should take in this situation. After contacting support through the online chat, I was eventually able to switch to an earlier connection on the first leg. They required basic booking and passenger details to process the change.
