Flight Network, is it safe to book through?

Has anyone here booked tickets through Flight Network before?

I am considering using the site but wanted to hear about real experiences first. Did you run into any issues with bookings, customer service, changes, refunds, or anything else?

Just trying to figure out whether it is generally reliable and safe to use before I purchase anything.
