Was supposed to fly Seoul to Seattle on March 13. Flight kept getting delayed and then eventually got cancelled.
They put us on a bus to a hotel about 45 minutes away and said they’d update us on a new flight… but we haven’t heard anything.
Tried contacting Hawaiian and they’re telling me I “missed” the flight, even though it never actually departed.
Now I have no idea when we’re flying or how they’ll even notify us.
Has anyone dealt with something like this before?
