Flight cancellations due to rising fuel costs – should I be concerned?

With the recent situation involving Iran and increasing jet fuel prices, I’ve seen reports of airlines cancelling flights due to fuel shortages and higher operating costs.

I’m scheduled to fly to Thailand in about a month with Turkish Airlines, and I’m wondering how likely it is that they might start cancelling flights because of these rising fuel prices.

Has anyone seen any signs of this happening with Turkish Airlines, or have any insights on what to expect?
