Flew United Polaris, SFO beats ORD hands down

After flying through both the SFO and ORD Polaris Lounges, I’ve got to say SFO is the clear winner. It’s calmer, has way more natural light, and the sit-down dining actually feels like a nice restaurant. ORD gets packed fast, and the food there just isn’t as consistent. SFO’s staff also seemed more on it quick, friendly, and attentive. If you’re connecting on a long-haul Polaris flight, SFO’s the place to do it.
