Just flew Ryanair for the first time on the return leg of a 5 day trip to Madrid.
Outbound was Iberia Regional, so I had a backpack and a carry on. With Ryanair I realized too late that I was only allowed the backpack, so I stuffed everything into it and that part definitely made the trip a bit annoying.
Going into the Ryanair flight I was pretty skeptical. Expected issues, discomfort, something to go wrong. But honestly the flight was totally fine. It was only about an hour, but the plane was comfortable enough and everything ran smoothly.
Would I choose Ryanair again? For short trips, yeah. For longer trips or if I need proper luggage, probably not. But overall the experience was way better than I expected.
