Just flew a completely full United 777 from Hawaii to the mainland last week. Nearly 300 passengers onboard.
United literally paged the one single pre boarder to board first. One person. That was it.
After that, normal boarding. No parade. No mystery group. No half the plane getting on early.
So yeah… please tell me again how people aren’t gaming the system at Southwest.
