I used to think group tours were for people who couldn’t plan their own trips or just wanted to be herded around but Flash Pack totally flipped that script. I joined one of their Morocco trips solo last year, and it was hands-down one of the easiest, most connected travel experiences I’ve had. The group was all 30s/40s, everyone was there solo, and I never once felt like I was stuck with a pack of strangers.
It’s definitely not cheap, but if you’ve got the budget and want a mix of comfort, adventure, and instant community, it’s worth a look.
