Took my first flight since all the recent changes and honestly… disappointing.
I used to go out of my way to fly Southwest. Paid extra sometimes because I liked the vibe and what they stood for. Even carry their pricey credit card.
The crew was still nice, no issues there. But booking felt weirdly confusing and the whole experience just didn’t feel special anymore. Hard to explain, it just feels different now.
I was actually excited when they upgraded their systems. Thought it would be a fresh start. Instead it feels like they lost what made them, well, Southwest.
I’m rooting for them, but I think I’m taking a break for a bit.
