Hi! I’m visiting Shanghai Disneyland for the first time for my birthday and I’m really excited.
I’ll be staying at the Shanghai Disneyland Hotel for 3 nights. My plan is to arrive and explore Disneytown and the hotel on the first day, spend the second day fully inside the park, and then use the third day for a half-day visit to cover anything I missed.
I’m trying to figure out a few things. What time should I leave the hotel to take advantage of early entry and avoid the crowds? Is it better to walk to the park entrance or use the shuttle?
I’ve also read about half-day tickets that are available for hotel guests, but I’m not sure when I would need to buy them. Can I decide on the morning of my third day whether to get a full-day or half-day ticket?
For my second day, I’m also wondering about strategy, what’s the best way to maximize early entry and plan my itinerary? I don’t plan to buy Premier Access for everything, so I’m curious when individual ride passes usually sell out and how early I should prioritize them.
