Got upgraded on FRA to EWR using the bid system, minimum was 600€, I tossed in 700€ and it cleared. My whole roundtrip (CDG–FRA–EWR–CDG) was only about 400€, so getting that upper-deck biz seat felt unreal.
We were two and managed to sit together upstairs. Loved the whole vibe up there. Only downside was the old screen and no USB-C, but honestly I didn’t care. First time in business and I’m already addicted.
