Had to rebook a North America to Asia trip recently and ended up on Cathay.
I’m traveling with a mountain bike, so I called to double check size and weight limits. Expected a long wait, but got through in maybe 1 to 2 minutes and spoke to a real person right away. They answered everything clearly and quickly.
I have zero status with them, so honestly I was pleasantly surprised. Great first impression so far.
