I will be boarding the MSC Seashore on May 31st out of Port Canaveral for my first cruise in about 20 years. I will be traveling with a large family group (around 18 people total), ranging from young kids to older relatives.
I am a single male in my mid-30s, and while I expect to spend some time with family, I anticipate there will also be periods where everyone is busy with their own activities, especially the parents with children.
I am trying to understand what options are available onboard for solo downtime or independent entertainment beyond the obvious things like drinking, swimming, or shopping. What else is there to do on MSC ships like the Seashore?
Also, what is the typical passenger mix like on these cruises? Are there many people in their 30s, or is it mostly families and older couples?
I am sure I will enjoy the trip, I just want to make sure I know what to expect.
