First Class Lounge access in DXB in this situation?

Trying to figure out lounge access rules at DXB.

If I arrive in Dubai on a Business Flex Plus ticket that I upgraded to First using miles, but then depart on a Business Flex Plus flight that doesn’t even have a First cabin… would I still be able to use the First Class Lounge?

Does lounge access depend on the arriving cabin, departing cabin, fare type, or something else entirely?
