I saw some posts about the Asian Vegetarian meal option in first class, so I took a picture and wanted to share what it was like.
The meal is described as a spicy vegetarian dish with limited dairy. I personally did not find it very spicy, but it was still enjoyable once everything was mixed together.
The portion could have used a bit more chickpeas and lentils. The side salad was good, and the baklava was actually tasty, although it felt a bit out of place compared to the rest of the meal.
The small bread pieces on top were the weakest part since they were dry and hard, more like a basic mini pita that did not add much to the dish.
Overall it was an interesting meal, but definitely not one of the stronger first class dining options I have had.
