Finnair might take the prize for worst customer service I’ve ever had

Back in July, Finnair rebooked my first leg during a strike so it arrived after my Helsinki–LA flight had already left. I spent six hours trying to reach them calls, texts, emails nothing. Ended up paying out of pocket to fly Oslo–Helsinki just to make the connection.


Three months later, still no refund. Just the same “no new updates” email every few weeks. Finally got a reply today basically saying air travel has risks and to contact the other airline. Wild.
