After 10 months of holding Elite status, I finally managed to pick up the physical card at IST. Honestly didn’t expect much since airlines are going more digital these days, but I was surprised by the quality, it’s solid and actually feels pretty premium compared to the cheap plastic some carriers hand out.
Funny enough, the same day I grabbed the card, I got a free upgrade on a domestic flight. Not a bad combo at all. If anyone’s wondering where to pick it up: at Istanbul Airport, head to the departures level across from Counter C and you’ll see the Miles&Smiles membership desk. Took less than a minute.
