Filming Overload at Disney World and the Magic Gone?

I just saw that viral Reddit post of the guy at Disney World holding up multiple phones and camera rigs during a performance, and I’m totally with everyone who found it obnoxious. I get wanting to capture the moment, but when you’re blocking the view for everyone behind you, you’re kind of defeating the spirit of the parks. I’m all for memories, but when did it become a content shoot instead of a magical escape?

As someone who still loves the parks for the nostalgia and atmosphere, I hate seeing it turn into a backdrop for nonstop livestreams and influencer gear setups. Even some cast members chimed in saying how it affects their job experience. Should Disney crack down on the equipment people bring in? Or is this just the new normal we all have to live with?
