Stopped by the Falcon Diner this week around 2 a.m. after a concert, and I still can't believe I finally found a true 24-hour diner in Camden County. Feels like they’ve all been disappearing lately, but this place is bringing that classic Jersey vibe back. The coffee was fresh, the grill was hot, and the crowd was that perfect mix of night owls, shift workers, and post-bar wanderers.
It used to be the Empire Diner, but the new ownership’s clearly leaning into what people actually want a spot that never closes. With so many longtime diners closing in the last few years, it’s nice to see one going the other way. Let’s hope more follow. Anyone else swing by yet?
