I’m so tired of this. First class, 6.5 hour transcon, and there’s a massive doodle that clearly isn’t trained, misbehaving the whole time. This isn’t about disliking dogs. It’s about people deciding the rules don’t apply to them because they want to bring their pet everywhere.
Real service dogs are incredibly well trained and unobtrusive. When you see one, you know. These fake ones ruin it for everyone, especially people who actually rely on legit service animals.
Airlines need to grow a spine here. The current system just rewards whoever lies the most confidently.
