On a SkyWest Delta flight, the jazz boarding music was blasting that “Dance Monkey” instrumental on full volume. I asked the FA if she could turn it down, and she said, “Since someone’s complained, I can turn it off.” Then boom, silence.
Apparently they can only switch it off if a passenger says something. She told me to write to customer service if I ever hate the playlist again. I handed her all my above-and-beyond certificates right there. What a legend.
