That’s super frustrating, especially when you’re tall and paying specifically to avoid that exact problem. If your knees are still jammed, then the seat just isn’t doing what it’s advertised to do.
Breeze is really inconsistent depending on the aircraft and row. Some of their “extra” legroom seats barely feel different, and the seats themselves aren’t great for longer flights. On a cross country run like SAN to RDU, that discomfort really adds up.
I’d definitely complain to Breeze. At minimum they should refund the seat fee. Paying extra and ending up more cramped than expected isn’t acceptable.
