Really looking forward to AirFest 2025 at the Naval Air Station Wildwood Aviation Museum this August! I’ve always been fascinated by vintage aircraft, and the chance to see legends like the Messerschmitt Me 262 and FG-1D Corsair up close is incredible. These planes represent major moments in aviation history, and I find it inspiring to walk among them and imagine what flight was like in those times.
I attended a similar event a few years ago and loved talking with pilots, checking out restored interiors, and watching aerial demonstrations. There’s just something about the roar of a vintage engine overhead that hits differently.
Is anyone else planning to go this year or has been to past AirFests? I'd love to hear what you’re most excited to see or any memories you’ve made at aviation events like this!
