Had three flights canceled in one night. The gate agents were doing their best but looked exhausted. Diamond desk rebooked me three times — super kind, but no real answers.
Sky Club staff even warned me my next flight would cancel because of crew rest… and they were right. Ended up grabbing the last hotel room in the area. Now stuck till 4pm tomorrow and missing a work meeting.
Appreciate the staff, but wow, what a mess.
