Eurowings ticket cheaper via travel agency, is it a good idea and will the check in process change?

Is it safe to book a Eurowings flight through an online* travel agency? saving about 15 euro this way. i wont have any luggage at all. it will have to be online check in but are there any issues with online check in if its bought from a travel agency?
