I was offered compensation for a cancelled flight under EU regulations, but I am unable to actually claim it.
The link provided by Lufthansa only displays the payout in USD, and the country selection dropdown does not include any EU countries or the UK, even though my flight was EU to UK and should fall under EU regulations.
Because of this, I cannot complete the claim process. I have already submitted feedback as customer service advised, but I have not received a clear resolution yet.
Has anyone else experienced this issue or knows why the claim system would exclude EU countries despite the compensation being based on EU rules?
