Booked an Etihad economy value fare yesterday, changed my mind today, and canceled thinking I’d get a full refund since it was under 24 hours. Flight wasn’t until late January, so plenty of time.
But the refund they sent back is way lower than what I paid, 249.49 instead of 378.59 and there’s no clear breakdown of why. I thought the 24-hour rule covered this?
Anyone know what Etihad is actually charging here and why the refund isn’t the full amount?
