Etihad just added nonstop service between Abu Dhabi and Peshawar, making it their 4th city in Pakistan after Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad. Big deal for the 1.5 million Pakistanis living in the UAE, but also nice for travelers wanting easier access to northern Pakistan.
They’re starting with 5 flights a week on A320s and plan to go daily by late November. Schedules look decent for connections too. Always good to see more direct options instead of awkward layovers.
