Guy on my Delta flight was watching videos out loud, no headphones. FA came over and asked if he had headphones. He said no.
She told him he’d need to turn the volume off. He immediately fired back with “why, did somebody complain?”
She didn’t even entertain it. Just said it’s policy and the volume has to be off.
Simple, calm, and honestly refreshing to see it handled without drama.
