I keep seeing posts about empty leg flights and it always feels too good to be true. Flying private for way cheaper than normal just sets off my scam alarm.
I understand the basic idea that these are repositioning flights, but I’m curious what the real downsides are once you actually try to book one. Last minute cancellations, odd airports, extra fees, baggage limits?
Would love to hear from someone who’s actually come close to booking or flown one. What surprised you the most?
