Emirates has launched a new passenger comfort feature called the U-Dream headrest system, debuting on its first A350 aircraft equipped with SUS Z400 seats.
The airline will roll out this headrest across its entire A350 fleet, including both current and future aircraft, as well as select A380s. The design is intended to improve in-flight comfort by providing enhanced head and neck support for passengers.
Installation is being handled by the Safran Seats Dubai field support team to ensure proper deployment and quality standards across the fleet.
