Flew home last week I had EarlyBird since work reimburses it, but my husband and daughter didn’t. We all checked in at the same time, and somehow they got B10/B11 while I got B12.
I called thinking EarlyBird didn’t apply, but it had. Southwest basically sent me a canned email saying it “improves your chances” but doesn’t guarantee anything. Cool, thanks.
So yeah, paid $40 for nothing. Meanwhile, boarding in Orlando was a zoo a million families between A and B.
