I’ve had both CSR and Amex Plat for years, but after this refresh it’s a no-brainer for me. Just checked Paris hotels, Chase’s portal was $1200 more than Expedia for the same stay. No credit makes up for that.
On top of that, the Apple subs they added are useless for me. CSR used to be my favorite card, but honestly Chase messed this one up. I’m done.
