On Feb 16 we were on FlixBus line 860 from Prague Roztyly to Brno (final destination Budapest). The bus stopped and we stepped off for what was supposed to be a quick 5 minute bathroom break.
Before five minutes had even passed, the driver pulled away with all our luggage still underneath. I ran after the bus but he didn’t stop.
Customer support and the lost and found form haven’t been helpful so far, so I’m posting here in case anyone has seen or heard anything.
We’re missing:
A small black Swissgear suitcase
A wheeled sports bag similar to the one pictured
The bags contain items that are very valuable to us. We’re offering financial compensation if someone is able to help recover them.
