Had a weird one today, ordered an Uber to work, everything normal, said hi, matched the plate, offered my PIN like usual. Driver flat-out says he doesn’t “do pins” and tells me to get out.
He wouldn’t cancel either, so I had to do it myself. Thankfully no cancellation fee, but I still reported it (doubt anything will happen though). Wild that a driver refuses a security feature that’s there to protect both of us.
