Sharing an experience that might help others in a similar situation.
Had a domestic flight with IndiGo from Pune (PNQ) to Delhi (DEL), departing at 11:15 PM. I didn’t have any check-in baggage and planned to arrive less than an hour before departure.
I attempted web check-in earlier but missed the window, and by the time I reached the airport (around 10:35 PM), both online check-in and the physical counters were closed.
The staff at the counter directed me to the help desk instead. At the help desk, I was able to get a physical boarding pass issued without much trouble and proceeded through security in time.
It was a stressful situation, but it worked out in the end.
