I was seated in 1E on a 737-8, and because the emergency equipment takes up part of the overhead space above my seat, I placed my carry-on in the nearby bin. A passenger in 1B then pushed my bag all the way toward the back of the compartment, closer to row 3, and rearranged the space so he could fit his carry-on, briefcase, and another bag where mine originally was.
Honestly, it really irritated me. Now I have to walk farther back after landing just to retrieve my bag.
Am I overreacting, maybe from too much caffeine, or does this kind of thing bother other people too?
