Hey all,
My bag was incorrectly tagged at San Francisco International Airport and ended up being sent to Casablanca instead of Paris.
I filed a baggage claim with Air France at the airport, and thanks to my AirTag I can clearly see that the bag has been sitting in Casablanca for the past four days without moving.
I already shared the AirTag location information with Air France, but every time I contact them they still just tell me the bag is “missing” with no real update.
At this point, is there anything else I can realistically do besides wait? It’s incredibly frustrating being able to see exactly where the bag is but not being able to reach someone who can actually help move the process forward.
